Dr. Sonia Singh has an overall experience of 15+ years across academics and industry. She has worked with leading organisations including Microsoft Corporation, Fidelity Investments and Wipro Technologies. Her key competent areas are HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition & Retention and Learning & Development. She has 2 patents to her credit and several research papers published in ABDC, Scopus and UGC-listed peer-reviewed journals. She has been a member of the Research Advisory Committee, a PhD Supervisor at Christ University, and a Thesis Evaluator at VTU. She is a Reviewer at Publons (Web of Science) and the Asian Journal of Management. Her research interests include Organisational Psychology, Agile HR, Diversity & Inclusion, Sustainable HRM and Leadership Studies.
