These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jain Online BCA website at bca.jain-online.com ("Website") operated by Jain (Deemed-to-be) University Online ("Jain Online", "we", "us"). By accessing the Website or submitting any enquiry through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website.
The Jain Online BCA is a UGC-entitled, 3-year Bachelor of Computer Applications programme delivered in Open and Distance Learning (ODL) / online mode by Jain (Deemed-to-be) University, Bengaluru, recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under the UGC (Open and Distance Learning Programmes and Online Programmes) Regulations.
You may use the Website for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not (a) attempt to access any non-public area of the Website, (b) interfere with or compromise the security of the Website, or (c) reproduce, distribute or modify any part of the Website without prior written consent.
Information submitted through the admissions enquiry form is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Submission of an enquiry does not constitute an offer of admission. Final admission to the Jain Online BCA is subject to verification of eligibility, payment of the prescribed fee, and the policies of Jain (Deemed-to-be) University.
Programme fees are published on the Fees & EMI page. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is consistent with UGC and AICTE refund norms.
All content on the Website — including the Jain Online logo, course curricula, faculty bios, photographs and design — is owned by or licensed to Jain (Deemed-to-be) University. You may not copy, republish or use any of this content commercially without prior written permission.
