Scope

This policy applies to fees paid by candidates and enrolled students of the Jain Online BCA. It is consistent with the fee-refund norms issued by the University Grants Commission (UGC) for ODL/online programmes.

Refund timelines

Refund eligibility is determined by the date the cancellation request is received by the Jain Online admissions team in writing (email to enrol@onlinejain.com) relative to the official programme start date for your cohort.

Refund process

  1. Submit a written cancellation request to enrol@onlinejain.com from your registered email address, along with your application/enrolment number.
  2. The admissions team will acknowledge your request within 3 working days and confirm the eligible refund amount.
  3. Approved refunds are processed within 30 working days to the original payment instrument.
