Refund Policy | Jain Online BCA

Scope

This policy applies to fees paid by candidates and enrolled students of the Jain Online BCA. It is consistent with the fee-refund norms issued by the University Grants Commission (UGC) for ODL/online programmes.

Refund timelines

Refund eligibility is determined by the date the cancellation request is received by the Jain Online admissions team in writing (email to enrol@onlinejain.com) relative to the official programme start date for your cohort.

Cancellation timing	Refund
15 days or more before the programme start date	100% of fees paid, less ₹1,000 processing charge
Less than 15 days before, up to programme start date	90% of fees paid
Within 15 days after programme start date	80% of fees paid
Between 16–30 days after programme start date	50% of fees paid
More than 30 days after programme start date	No refund

Refund process

Submit a written cancellation request to enrol@onlinejain.com from your registered email address, along with your application/enrolment number.
The admissions team will acknowledge your request within 3 working days and confirm the eligible refund amount.
Approved refunds are processed within 30 working days to the original payment instrument.

Non-refundable items

Application/registration fee, where charged separately.
EMI processing charges levied by third-party finance partners.
Convenience fees charged by payment gateways.

Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate via our Grievance Redressal mechanism.
