Prof. Shilpa Pradeep is the Pedagogical Research Officer (Adjunct) at Jain Online and has been a passionate management educator for over 12 years, facilitating learning at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. She has previously worked at City Engineering College (MBA VTU), Dayanand Sagar Business School, Christ University (AIMA) and i-nurture Jain University. Her subjects of interest are Marketing, Human Resources and General Management. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Human Resources, has presented papers at various conferences and workshops, holds a FEEL (Facilitating Excellence in Effective Leadership) certification, and has served as an examiner and paper-setter for VTU MBA programmes.
